We were commissions to undertake a development appraisal for a site in the South West for a mixed use high intensity development.
The scheme looks to balance the commercial needs of the developer with their stated desire to produce a more sustainable form of residential development in our cities and suburban areas.
The project looked to re-purpose an existing open deck car park to create a regeneration project that would enable the local authority to support the scheme. It provided a minimum of 30% affordable on site units and ensured that the developer could receive their required return on investment over the life of the project.
