A 9 unit scheme in the Derbyshire Dales for a London based land promoter. The site is un-allocated within Ashbourne, and is currently owned by Sainsburys. Our client has secured an option agreement on the land to flip the site to residential. Due to the risk on the site, OCR entered into a win bonus agreement with the client to reduce the initial financial outlay.
Close relationships with the local planning authority has helped shaped the final scheme to appease all parties and reduce risk and exposure.
