OCR Architecture were pleased to continue our work in designing well crafted one-off developments in Croyde. This scheme contains four units including a uniquely crafted penthouse with a wraparound balcony and minimal windows to provide’ inside out’ living space that makes the most of its elevated views down towards the Braunton Burrows and Croyde Bay.
The contemporary design reflects shared vision of the design team and the client to use local and natural materials in a well crafted and considered manner to ensure that whilst a modern design, the building is very much of its locality.
The ground floor units are 3-bedroom dwellings including bicycle storage and electric car charging points reflecting the ambitions to produce a sustainable building and we are please as our clients valued these parts of the original concept.
